After a full day of strolling in Tokyo my wife and I got really tired but we enjoyed it a lot too. The itinerary was so well-planned we did not face any issue. This was our first trip together thank you vacation o trips for making a memorable one.

I had a wonderful time in Japan with this 8 days and 7 nights trip package. I booked the trip at the last minute with Vacation O Trips, but gladly, there is no regret. I got to see the nightlife of Dotonbori, which made my trip even more memorable.
During the walking tour I met some really good people as they were generous in helping me on my trip. I am glad I got a chance to enjoy at my own pace.
My partner and I are big foodie. With the help of this package, we got to taste some of the famous Japanese cuisines like Nishin Soba, Saab Sushi, and Yatsuhashi. Not to forget the famous seafood and sweets of Tokyo, we had a great time there. Thanks to the VOT team, we will again plan, our trip with them.
NO doubt the trip was well-balanced and accommodation was on point. As a family of four we took each others’ photos and collected a lot of memories. A big thanks to the vot team for providing all the services properly.
I planned a solo trip to Japan but while taking a walk in Tokyo I made some friends and clicked some photos too. The vibe of the Asakusa’s Senso-ji Temple was so calming. Travelling at your own pace with a well-planned schedule kept me stress-free during the whole trip.
As an adventurer, I was really excited about Hakone Ropeway, and fortunately, the experience was memorable. Guys, keep your cameras with you as you would surely want to capture the beautiful Lake Ashi. The 8 days well balanced trip helped me a lot to discover some of the best places for shopping.
Even at the last moment Vacation O trips booked my accommodation and Jenny picked up my call every time I needed her help during my trip. I’m impressed by your services will definitely recommend it to my friends.
My sister and I loved to explore the Kuromon market of Osaka. We were both stunned to see the variety of seafood vendors selling. Not just that, the bullet train (Shinkansen) is really fast and comfortable. This is our third trip with Vacation O trips, and this time also, we also did not face any transportation issues.
My entire trip went exceptionally well. It is a good feeling to know that your whole family enjoyed the trip that you planned and that too with no issues faced.
As a solo traveller this itinerary helped me a lot. I enjoyed every single day of my trip without worrying about the budget and transportation issues. Everything went appropriately.
I took a trip to Japan for the second time and I am glad I chose vacation o trips this time. I visited some of the best places in Japan that I missed earlier. That too in just 8 days definitely worth taking this package.
While travelling in a group you may feel exhausted and stressed but this time we did not face any issues. Those smooth transfers and breakfast at hotels made our trip really memorable.
What an amazing experience it was! My brother and I shared a lot in common in choosing the destinations for sightseeing and that even made our bonding stronger. Also we did not feel rushed at all and enjoyed the entire trip at our own pace.
Our overall experience was great. Learned a lot about the culture and history of Japan after the trip. Finally, I live-witnessed the IKIGAI book (the Japanese Secret to a Long and Happy Life). The well-balanced itinerary made the trip more meaningful compared to just touring random spots and facing budget and time issues.
Jenny ensured that transfers to and from airports and between cities should be without a hitch. And yes, they were. Nightlife in Dotonbori was just an amazing experience with my better half.
I booked the package at the last moment but Lisa was quick with the bookings. Even at the last moment Vacation O trips gave its best services with budget-friendly options.
The info pack had suggestions for extra activities we booked ourselves like bike rentals in Osaka. Enjoying the Japanese delights such as Obanzai, Nishin Soba, Hamo, Saab sushi, Yatsuhashi, and many more seafood, sweets, and soup items from “Kyoto’s Kitchen” in Kyoto.
Every day of the trip was filled with surprises. Japan is itself a country filled with a historical background and with the help of this tour package I was able to explore and capture all the major highlights there.
I like to know the cultural background of the places I visit. Thank you Vacation O trips for providing such a well-balanced itinerary. I got to see all the major highlights of the places I visited.
Hotel breakfasts were so good this included hotel breakfasts helped me save some money from my budget. For staying purpose also hotel rooms were comfortable. Good accomodation choice.
Great for groups. Loved switching between busy city streets and calm nature spots. The walking routes in Tokyo allowed us to pick what we liked best. This trip gave us stories to tell for years. Do not forget to bring a camera and try a Japanese outfit.
Being a food lover the Kurmon market is perfect to taste the local cuisines. The unagi Maguro-ya Kurogin and Hokkai oysters were the best. Thanks Vacation o trips for suggesting such places that made my trip really memorable.
The package is perfect for the first time travellers. As with the fixed time and already planned tour helped me to stay sane as I was really overwhelmed at the start. But gradually I was able to manage everything at my own pace.
I woke up early to experience the beauty of Mt. Fuji and I was sooo mesmerised to see this natural beauty. Not just that the boat ride on Lake Ashi was also unforgettable. I enjoyed everything without any rush. I think this package is best for those who want to enjoy their trip at their own pace.
My daughter was really excited to see Mt Fuji from a distance and not just that we all stayed stress free throughout our trip. As the information provided in the itinerary helped us a lot. I feel you can take a trip to Japan with your family if you are taking a tour package of Vacation o trips.
The Mt Fuji & Hakone day was long but worth every minute. The Gondola ride on the Hakone ropeway and Lake Ashi cruise were stunning with the fascinationg stories of eating a black boiled egg. Breakfast buffet was tasty and the bullet train ride back was super smooth and fast. Both my sister and me collected hundreds of memories in Japan.
The tour is really budget-friendly and I would like to appreciate Vacation O trips and Jenny for this amazing experience. With the help of Jenny’s suggestions we had our best meals during the entire trip.
This trip was my last-minute booking, but no regrets and disappointment with vacation o trips. The itinerary gave great tips on what to do and where in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka even when you are on a solo trip as a woman. I felt safe all the time. The Sunshine City hotel and Fujisan Mishima Tokyu were comfortable and convenient.
This was my first trip with vacation o trips. Loved the balance of guided tips and free time to travel on your own. We could explore at our own pace but always knew the next place to check out because Kristina was guiding us for the next adventure, activity, place and all updates. Breakfast at the hotels was decent and helped start our days energetically.
The info given in the tour made our trip stress-free and a successful one. I captured some of the unforgettable memories on the boat ride on Lake Ashi.
Good for a quick visit, but it might feel lacking if you want more personalized attention or luxury. The balance between info and freedom didn’t work perfectly for us.
We brought cameras and clicked many pictures while trying on Japanese outfits we are bringing back some unforgettable stories to tell to our friends and families. Thank you VOT for this well-balanced package.
Went with my family and it worked out great. The maps and directions for visiting Mt Fuji and Hakone were clear and Kristina was also guiding us. We enjoyed the freedom to explore markets and neighborhoods at our own pace. Osaka was lively and fun to discover without rushing.
Perfect for first-timers wanting structure with freedom. Jenny was always quick to help with questions and guidance on city tours. We felt confident navigating on our own with the detailed directions provided.
I was about to miss the nightlife of Dotonbori but I am glad Lisa told me not miss it. I had some of the best Takoyaki there. Not to forget I had the best Ramen of my life there. My kids were amazed to see those neon lights on the streets.
The walking routes in Tokyo allowed me to choose what i liked the most. i called Lisa also multiple times to take suggestions and it turned to be great for me.
A bit overwhelming at first, but eventually figured it out and had a good time exploring at my own pace. Returning to home with bundles of good memories.
Everything was smooth from flight to airport transfers. Breakfast at the hotel was good and fresh. Hotel rooms were comfty and fit for a group of four. Osaka Castle, Hakone Open-Air Museum, Gondola ride, and a Nara Park tour made our visit so much more interesting. Exploring the markets and neighborhoods during all the city tours felt like a real adventure. We did not miss anything mentioned in the itinerary.
Traveling with two school-age kids, we enjoyed the flexibility, especially the boat ride on Lake Ashi. The only snag was during busy hours, the lake cruise got really crowded and noisy, so it wasn’t as relaxing as we hoped. Still, the transfers were all smooth and we managed to see a lot without feeling rushed.
A nice introduction to Japan in a limited time. Food tours in Osaka weren’t the best for picky eaters in our group. The historic sights were nice but some places were hard to find on foot without a guide. The weather was rainy, so that dampened some of the outdoor experiences, missed street strolling and shopping in Nishiki Market, and had to return to hotel.
My wife and I had a wonderful time on this 7 day and 6 nights Japan journey. Hotels were relaxing after strolling the full day in Tokyo on foot. The local Nishiki market in Kyoto and having an evening tea in an elegant tea house. Would choose this company again for Japan travel with my wife.
The tour package is suitable for first-time travellers travelling with their families. I planned a family trip for the first time with Vacation O trips and fortunately our trip was really memorable. From hotel rooms to train travels everything was well-planned. Everyone in my family appreciated me for planning this trip.
Such a romantic couple trip. The cruise ride on Lake Ashi, Owakudani volcanic valley views through the gondola ride, a handholding walk around Gion, and a visit to Kinkakuji Temple, every day was full of surprises. The hotels were same as expected, comfortable and at prime locations.
There were some extra costs for attraction tickets that we didn’t realize were not included beforehand, which was frustrating. Would recommend clearer info on these in the future. And plan your budget according to that or save some money from the budget.
I was on a family tour with my 5-year-old and 7-year-old kids. Trip was Family-friendly but some days involved lots of walking such as Tokyo city tour and Kyoto walking tour, which was too much for our little ones. The markets and open spaces were good for everyone.
Took the trip with kids and they enjoyed the boat cruise on Lake Ashi and spotting Mt Fuji in the distance. The bullet train thrilled them! The info made transfers stress-free, which I appreciated. What is more exciting than this, that your kids are happy on a trip arranged by you and the tour is completed successfully without any health issues.
I have always been a fan of Japanese food and while taking this tour I was only focused on tasting the best Japanese cuisines. During the tour I called Lisa and she suggested some of the best places for trying traditional Japanese food. Thank you Lisa and VOT team for all the services provided.
Very budget-friendly for those who postponed their plan due to budget issues. The full weekend is packed with surprises. The info packets by Jenny helped us plan self meals and sightseeing easily. I’d take this for a return trip to Japan to revisit the Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples. Thank you so much VOT team, for this beautiful experience.
Took my family to Mt. Fuji and Hakone, and we really enjoyed the open schedule to explore on our own. The only thing we had trouble with was the bus transfers at Hakone. They can get confusing if you don't read Japanese and the signs aren’t always clear. Otherwise, it was easy to get around thanks to Kristina, and the hotel breakfast was a nice start to our walking tours.
The boat ride on Lake Ashi and a visit to Mt. Fuji were what I enjoyed the most during the entire trip. I like how I was able to choose between the destinations that I wanted to visit. I enjoyed my trip at my own pace and that’s what I liked the most about this tour package. Thank you VOT team for making my trip a successful one.
My self-guided Japan trip was just awesome, with some minor issues. Kristina from the tour package helped a lot before and after the trip, making booking quick and updating us about the places and important information. I was so attracted too much from Japanese culture that I vibed like a Japanese for the next week after the trip. So, this 5-star review from my side.
