We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or modify all or any part of our website without notice for maintenance, upgrades, repairs, or other reasons. VacationOtrips LLC shall not be liable if our website is unavailable at any time.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary to access our website, including internet access and compatible software. You must also ensure that all persons accessing our website through your network are aware of and comply with these Terms.
You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or harmful material. You must not attempt unauthorized access to our website, servers, databases, or systems. Any breach may be reported to relevant authorities.

All bookings and services are subject to our booking terms, conditions, and other applicable terms of supply, available upon request. By making a booking, you agree that these terms apply.
By using our website, submitting your contact details, or making a booking, you agree that TripObook.com, operated by VacationOtrips LLC, may communicate with you using Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging channels, including but not limited to SMS, WhatsApp, email, and automated notifications.

All A2P communications are sent in accordance with applicable telecom regulations, anti-spam laws, and data protection requirements. TripObook.com does not send unauthorized or misleading messages.
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from TripObook.com at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive.
You may opt out of non-essential or promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the message or by contacting us at info@tripobook.com Transactional and service-related messages required to fulfil your booking may still be sent.
Your reservation fee is non-refundable after 72 hours following enrolment or the Tour Finalization Date (whichever occurs earlier). Cancellation fees apply as outlined below.
If booked in a double/twin room and your roommate cancels more than 45 days prior to departure, you will be responsible for the single supplement fee. If you purchased a travel protection plan and cancel for a covered reason, eligible fees may be reimbursed by the insurance provider, subject to claim approval.
If cancellation occurs on the day of departure, you must notify us prior to checking in for your first flight (if airfare was purchased through us) or before departure of your first flight for land-only travel.
All penalties for supplemental services (including flights, hotels, or late additions) are your responsibility. Service fees are non-refundable. Substitution of travelers is not permitted. Failure to cancel prior to departure or early departure from the tour will result in no refund for unused portions.
