Today’s full-day guided excursion takes you out of the city for some of the most iconic scenery in South Africa. Start with a ride on the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, where you’ll ascend to panoramic views of Cape Town, Robben Island, and the Atlantic Ocean. Then head south along the scenic Atlantic Seaboard.
Stop at Boulders Beach near Simon’s Town to see the famous colony of endangered African penguins waddling along the shore—this beach is part of the Table Mountain National Park Marine Protected Area. Continue to the Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point, where the Atlantic and Indian Oceans appear to collide.
